On this day (10/12) in 1971 Original Rocker Sweet GENE VINCENT
finally lost that race with the Devil ( see Blooge Archive "WHO SLAPPED
JOHN" 3/4/12). I love this shot of Gene, taken from the beautiful
"Lonely Street" Gene Vincent tribute page. Check it out...preferably
whilst swiggin' some White Lightnin' with that jukebox turned up WAY loud! If
that ain't practical, I guess a Corona and iTunes will have to do...
