(5-4-12) NUN BUT THE BRAVE. May 3 was also the B-Day of glamorous punk chanteuse JENNIFER MIRO, one of the lead singers with one of San Francisco's first punk bands The NUNS. When I saw the Nuns open for The Dictators at the Whisky BOTH bands played versions of "SEARCH & DESTROY", which goes to show ya how much of an influence The STOOGES had on first generation punk bands.
