If the ASHETON BROS. were gonna sit around all day in front of the tube smoking pot they had to watch something other than THE THREE STOOGES and WHERE THE ACTION IS. From Universal Horror to Toho Productions monster movies ruled local TV stations in the '60's. Nothing beat the oeuvre of the great ROGER CORMAN and "IT CONQUERED THE WORLD" was one of his best. Featuring the love triangle of Peter 'Phelps' Graves, future hotel owner Beverly Garland, and Lee 'Angel Eyes' Van Cleef. Pete's soliloquy at the end has to be heard to be believed. Later remade as the disappointing "Zontar, The Thing From Venus."
